Give Them Value

Even when we ask servers, janitors, messengers or guards to do something, it would be very nice to say “Please” and “Thank you.” Saying “kuya” or “ate” is sweet and I like it. You rarely see this happening in other places but is prominent in this country. This way we give them value. And a smile flashed towards their direction can brighten their day. Their work is hard and their pay is low. It’s the least we can do for them. #PassionPurposeProductivity
