Personal and Organisational Excellence

Here is an idea for personal excellence that is also applicable for business or organisational excellence:
How do we become bigger? That is not the question. The question is how do we become better. If we become better our customers would want us to become bigger. What am I doing personally that is of help to the organisation? What am i doing to help the organisation become better?
Same principle for the personal life. The question is not: “How do I earn more, be more famous or be more powerful?” The question first is “How do I become a better person?”
When we become better, more skillful then others would want us to increase our influence and bless us with more.
Many corporate values are life values as well. We just have to see the relationship.
