In our quest for personal excellence,”How do I become more successful?” is not a practical question. Being successful is simply an outcome. The question we need to ask is not “How do I become more successful?” but “How do I become better….”
What is the area of your work (competence) that you need to become better in? What is it with your behaviour (attitude) that you need to improve on? You need time to reflect on these.
