Celebrate Others

When angry and frustrated people say: “The reason why he or she was promoted instead of me is that I do not flatter the boss the way they do.” Are they not really saying something else? Isn’t the person flattering the self then? Do not fret. Learn to celebrate other people’s victory and work hard on the self to improve and achieve the same.
