Substance More Than Show Off

Many leaders are concerned with “showing off.” This may not be a bad thing. To a certain degree, all of us would like to display our creative body of work. But the thing to understand is that leaders need to make sure that the substance exceeds the show-off. When the show-off exceeds the substance then you have a problem. #PassionPurposeProductivity
