All men are created equal but not all ideas are. There is always a variance in terms of depth, potential, and quality of ideas. So when somebody disagrees with your viewpoint and beliefs, you may argue respectfully and confront the ideas but do not attack and confront the person. Keep the mind open and the heart at peace.
