Wisdom and Components

Did you ever notice that those who do not know much have so many things to say? The experts and the specialists; they observe, listen, withhold judgment until they present their conclusion and then take effective action.
Wisdom often has two parts:
1) Having a lot to say…and yet…
2) Not saying it.
