Listening More Than Talking

CNN personality Larry King said, “I remind myself every morning: “Nothing I say this day will teach me anything. So if I’m going to learn, I must do it by listening..”
I speak a lot in public. I speak all day when I am doing leadership training. But I realise that every time I talk I am only sharing things I already know. But every time I listen I am learning new things. And it’s wonderful. Learn the art and science of listening. So for this week, practice listening a lot more than speaking.
