Changing Minds

We have convictions. We all should. But we also know when to change our minds. Changing your mind is not always weakness. Sometimes it means you are paying attention. New facts emerge. Circumstances change. Assumptions get tested. What made sense yesterday may no longer make sense today. There is nothing admirable about being perfectly consistent with an idea reality has already disproved. So hold tightly to your principles. Hold your strategies more loosely. Principles give you direction. Wisdom gives you flexibility. Maturity is knowing which one should never change. #PassionPurposeProductivity
