Cannot be Unsaid

Time cannot be redeemed once it is wasted. Words cannot be unsaid once it departs from the mouth.
The philosopher Zeno said”Better to trip with the feet than with the tongue.” You can always get up after you fall, but what has been said can never be unsaid. Specially cruel and hurtful things.
