Track Record

Before doing business with anyone, remember what this wise person (anon) said: “I don’t trust words. I even question actions but I never doubt patterns.” A person’s track record and pattern of behaviour over the years are the surest’ most reliable indications of a person’s character. It is imperative to do due diligence; search and research into the person’s history of behaviour. This way you would avoid loss. Your loss.
