A Father’s Advice

My son and I will be attending a leadership conference and we have so much time for bonding. This is an important heart advice I give him that I hope will make him seek personal excellence in a very strong and truthful way:
“Son, Do not be afraid that you would fail because failure strengthens a person. Be afraid that you would succeed in the wrong things.” That would destroy you.
