I will challenge you to do something unusual today. Approach your boss (whether good or bad) and offer a word of thanks or appreciation. Watch magic unfold in front of your eyes. Everybody is born with factory defects. To wait to find the perfect boss so you can express your gratitude is wishful thinking. No matter how good or bad they are they need encouragement too. Dare! 🙂
