Personal Excellence means you take pride in your work because it is a piece of art.
Do you take pride in your work? If you have put in the hours of serious attention and dedication then you would.
I have actually refused to accept my fees when I felt I did not do my job well. My work is my piece of art. And I dare not display it if it’s not done beautifully. Some times people may not notice it but I surely do.
