Winton Churchill says: “”Personally I’m always ready to learn, although I do not always like being taught.” It is not that people are slow or are hard-headed they cannot learn. It could be that they just refuse to be taught. Somehow they feel offended when corrected. But when a trust relationship is established then they learn because then they are willing to be taught.
