When We Are Fearful

When we are fearful, it is best to remain calm and not to take drastic knee-jerk reactions. What helps me is Psalm 91 (NIV) that starts with the words: “He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.”
