Trust and Teamwork

People’s hidden strengths come to the surface in safe, healthy and trusting environments. When trust in not in doubt people would share ideas. But when a person’s ideas are copied by someone in the group in order to advance his or her own interests, ideas will no longer flow because of mistrust. Trust is still the foundation of teamwork.
