Too Much Control

So many people are unhappy. They do not even know why.
Somebody came up with this brilliant thought: “Happiness is an inside job so you should never assign anyone that much control over your life.(anon)
If your happiness (or unhappiness) is totally dependent on a person then you are not truly free are you? Very unhealthy. This is something we should seriously think about.
