Sleep Well

Early to bed and early to rise is a sure sign that you’re fed up with television and you’re done with Facebook…for now…!

Adequate sleep is neglected by many but we all need to be reminded that we can go for many days without food but we cannot even function when we go for a few days without sleep. (Am actually reminding myself!)
