Silent Response

When someone insults or belittles you, don’t be quick to react. A calm pause is power. Silence is a response. Let their words hang awkwardly in the air, with nowhere to land and no fire to feed. An insult unanswered is an insult unheard. But when you’re alone, take a moment. Reflect. Ask: Why did this happen? Is there truth hidden in the sting? Sometimes the attack says more about them. But sometimes, it reveals something we need to grow from. Growth isn’t loud. It’s often silent too. #PassionPurposeProductivity
