Rewards and Challenges

On my way to the airport and excited to be with the HR practitioners this morning in Cagayan de Oro.
The excitement and delight of meeting people will far surpass the challenge of lack of sleep and the inconvenience of checking in the airport.
This is what life is all about. There are challenges and then there are rewards.
