Respect Matters

Respect matters even if you’re articulate, you speak fast, and you sound brilliant. If respect is missing, it’s not a conversation. It’s verbal aggression with good vocabulary. Be gracious. Because even if you win the argument but cost someone their dignity, you may have lost the person and the relationship. That’s the bigger loss. #PassionPurposeProductivity
