Respect and Avoid

There are bosses who are inspiring and then there are those who are not. Respect them anyway. Remind yourself you are standing on higher moral grounds.
And then there are those who would want to spend their time gossiping. Do not participate. Always remember that those who can tell you about others will tell others about you.
