Respect and Admiration

Respect is better than fame. Trust is better than admiration. You can admire people who are famous until you discover their character and they disappoint you. Do not seek to be admired. Be trustworthy and earn respect. Reputation is what others perceive of you even if they are wrong and it would not matter. Character is who you really are in private or in public.
