PRODUCTIVITY TIPS
As promised here is the second installment of practical things we can do every day.
1. If you’re going to sleep in, sleep in on the front side – go to bed an hour earlier. 2. If you don’t rest adequately, your body will eventually go on strike. 3. To beat a craving, wait ten minutes. It usually goes away. 4. You will probably never feel like exercising. Do it anyway. #PassionPurposeProductivity
