Paying Attention

Today’s Generation Z student has an 8-second attention span, overwhelmed with anxiety, and struggles to stay engaged. They live in a world that is sufficiently equipped to distract them every second of the day. The young person who has developed the skill to focus and pay attention will be in a better position than the one who cannot.
