OFFERING VALUE

I learned a life principle that has directed the trajectory of how I work, practice my craft, or do my business. This is the principle taught me, which I now pass on to my children: I should earn or get paid not because of my hard work or how long I have been doing it. But I get paid and rewarded by the value I bring to the marketplace. So, if I want to earn more and get paid more, I first have to be more to offer more value to those who have put their trust and confidence in me. #PassionPurposeProductivity
