Not A Solo Act

Success is never a solo act. You can be brilliant, driven, even wildly creative, but if you’re trying to do it all alone, you’re setting yourself up for burnout, not a breakthrough. No one makes it to the top without a little help and often, a whole lot of it. No one succeeds alone. Most of the time, success in the real world depends on your ability to collaborate. That means listening more than you speak, treating others with respect and dignity, and showing up with humility even when you’re sure you’re the smartest person in the room (especially then).
