Learn From The Young

Do not look down on the young simply because you have had more years of work experience. Tenure and position are not very safe hiding places when the world is changing fast. Refusing to learn is riskier than admitting you still have much to learn. The 23-year-old on your team may already be quietly outperforming you with AI while you are still “thinking about exploring it.” The gap is not the danger. Denial is. Learn fast. Stay humble. Keep growing. And one more thing: learn from the young. I am. Surrounded by Gen Z, I am having a blast learning from them. No judgment. No unnecessary comments.
