Learn and Lead

There is a time to lead and there is a time to learn. My trip to Atlanta now is for me to learn and not to lead. And when I have learned more, I can lead better and I enable myself to multiply leaders with the training I give to those who also want to learn. This is how it works. So excited to share new ideas in my training sessions when I get back home.
