No Junk Food

Watch what you eat. Do not cultivate the habit of munching on junk food while working. Drink plenty of water and do a little exercise during breaks.
Somebody says, “I don’t believe them when they say “you are what you eat.” “If this is the case then I would have turned into french fries by now…”
If this person is not careful, then one day, he just might and a very sick one at that. 🙂
