Humility is the solid foundation of all virtues. It is the ability to give up our pride and still retain our honor and dignity. It is the only true wisdom by which we prepare our minds for all the possible changes in life.
Pride gets us into trouble. A lot of problems and conflicts would have been avoided had humility prevailed over pride.
