Growth is Personal

I am excitedly looking forward to the two-day leadership training seminar I will be doing on the 23-24th.
Reminds me of a statement one participant said: “Sir Francis, I used to resign from different companies because I feel like I am no longer growing. I finally realised that growth is my personal business and not my company’s business. I grow first and then I can help my company grow.” Slam Dunk! She got it right!
