To all the parents, I would like you to tell something that you need to tell yourself: “Parenting in a pandemic is hard and I am doing a good job.” There is no value in berating yourself and doubting your parenting ability. These are difficult times. Everyone is coping. So remind yourself that you are a leader and you are doing an amazing job to the best of your ability.
