God has been merciful. The storm is not as damaging as the big one we had last year. (UN predicted some 30M people would be heavily affected). We also need to give credit to the preparations done by the authorities. There is no such thing as being “over-prepared.” I am sure there is plenty of room for improvement but I would like to acknowledge the good things done as well.
