Daniel Pink says,” 3 factors motivate people: Autonomy. Mastery. And a sense of purpose. Autonomy is the freedom to make your own choices and drive for success. Mastery comes only after the grind; there is no shortcut to getting it. Purpose is the meaning behind what you do. You see the positive results of your effort. All this talk about “Follow your passion” has sent many young people down the wrong path in life and career.
