Few Friends

A few days of rest and respite. A good occasion to call up a friend and reaffirm friendship. Somebody says:
Friends are the fruitcakes of our lives…
Some are nutty, some soaked in alcohol…
Some are firm, some sweet
but altogether, they are great to have in our lives!
They may be few but they are precious.
