Feel Good Later

Self-improvement is the natural byproduct of consistently taking actions that feel bad now but good later. Waking up on time. Eating that healthy meal. Doing that hard workout. Doing that focused work. Having that hard conversation, etc. All of these things are painful before you start (and during), but you feel great after you finish. (anon) #PassionPurposeProductivity
