Education or Motivation?

Business philosopher Jim Rohn says: “If someone is going down the wrong road, he doesn’t need motivation to speed him up. What he needs is education to turn him around.” This is so true.
Motivate a loser and you end up with a “motivated loser.”
Educate the person and you are no longer a “motivational speaker,” you become an educator, a teacher or a mentor.
And this is how the person is truly helped.
