Warren Buffet says: “We’ve never succeeded in making a good deal with a bad person.” A good deal turns bad when you deal with a bad person. Because you are not working with a deal – you are working with a person. Always check the person’s character, and do not be enticed by the person’s charm and words. Do your due diligence.
