Driving Good People Away

January 15, 2014

When there is trouble in the company because of bad leadership, the good people will always be the first to go. They are marketable, they have the bargaining chips and they can see farther ahead.
That’s why when you have unskilled leaders, they drive good people out. Do you agree with this observation?

Some truth in it. But I also observed that in the Bible, the greatest leader who ever walked on planet earth Jesus Christ drove people away many times after he preached. The “uncommitted,” “consumer mentality” crowd. In our modern standard of success Jesus Christ was a failure. JUST A THOUGHT…MORE POWER TO YOU FRANCIS!
