Do Not Discount Quiet People

In moments of arguments whether in ideas or in issues, quiet people is not an indication that they have nothing to say but it may mean that they feel that their thoughts are not ready to be accepted.  Do not discount them.  Give them a voice and listen to what they have to say when they are ready. #PassionPurposeProductivity
