Do Not Deny

Ever made a mistake with your customers? This isn’t a perfect world. No matter how careful you may be, you’re bound to err occasionally. You’ll be embarrassed and want to deny the error or look for something or someone else to blame it on. Don’t!
Admit your mistake. Denying it or trying to blame someone else doesn’t help customers. They just want you to fix things as quickly as you can.
