      I know that the early bird offer is over but here’s what I would like you to do. Please contact the office and tell them that I gave the go signal for you to avail of the early bird rate and I am sure they will accommodate you. I am out of the country for the moment but they can always check with me on this and I will give the affirmative. I hope you find this convenient.

   This is Kristine of ROYAL STAR APPLIANCE MARKETING, INC.(VP-Sec/head office-Calamba, Laguna). I would just like to avail the group rate(10 persons @ P 1,500) for your upcoming event on Oct.17, 2013.
