Delegation and Responsibility

Here is a very important Leadership Principle to remember:
When it comes to delegation, the leader can only delegate authority; but never responsibility.
The leader is accountable for the results of the team. Just because the leaders is constantly away does not mean that he or she is not responsible for the results….specially the negative ones. #PassionPurposeProductivity
