In many instances, the more you try to argue with someone, the less likely you will convince them. Most arguments are emotional in nature. They come from someone’s feeling that their value perceptions are being violated. For a constructive discussion to exist, both parties must put their egos aside and only deal with the data. Not knowing this dynamic will only cause frustration. #PassionPurposeProductivity
