Crisis and Character

There will be a lot of building to do. We need to build up Zamboanga, build Bohol and now the areas affected by Yolanda.
Leaders in these places should have a heart for their people and extend their hands to their constituents. This is not the time to play politics to advance personal interests.
Character is not made in crisis, crisis only reveals character.
