Courtesy and Respect

As young people ready themselves to join the workforce, I would like to encourage them to develop mental toughness and to hold on to courtesy and respect so that they would not be surprised to know that the workplace expects these. While many of our intelligent and brilliant young personalities may get away with their acts and behaviors in schools, the workplace does not have tolerance for disrespect and misbehavior.
