Conflicts

This is an old story with a good lesson. A little boy got into an argument with some lads twice his size. He drew a line in the dirt and dared them to cross it. The big boys accepted the challenge and crossed over the line. Whereupon the little fellow smiled and said, “Now you’re on my side.”
Conflicts are inevitable but they can be managed. The goal of an argument should be progress not victory.
