The City Government of Biñan, in celebration of the Civil Service Commission’s 126th anniversary, gave me the privilege of spending this afternoon with city officials, public servants, and friends to share thoughts on inspiring leadership. My admiration and respect to the able leadership of Mayor Gel Alonte and city officers for their commitment to public service and leadership.
